Hollywood actress Blake Lively has really been enjoying the past few months and it really does show, with the stunning star simply glowing these days. Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds welcomed their baby daughter James into the world back in December and it looks like it has been having a great impact on her life.
One of the things that seems to have become clearer to Blake Lively is the fact that she has accepted the fact that we all have to get old along the way. Blake says that she has now come to terms with this fact and is happy to grow old gracefully over the course of her life.
Lively told Allure magazine, "Having a child makes you realise that we pass on for a reason. You think, 'I have to go, because it makes room for you. People are obsessed with beauty and youth and with looking and feeling young forever. But look at a woman who is granted that; she's trapped, because it's tragic to be young forever."
As well as talking about wanting to grow old gracefully and accepting the fact that everyone grows old, Blake Lively also went on to talk about the impact her baby daughter has had on her life already, "I feel like I've figured out the most important thing to me. And everything supports that," she added.
As far as her acting career is concerned, Blake Lively will star in the movie The Age of Adaline, which is set to hit the big screen on April 24 in the US and May 8 in the UK.
