Christina Aguilera just debuted her post-baby body last week, and she managed to lose all her baby weight pretty quickly. According to sources, Christina's rapid weight loss can supposedly be attributed to yoga and a healthy lifestyle, not to mention running after her son, Max, and taking care of her two-week old daughter, Summer Rain.
A source tells E! News, "She is very dedicated to yoga. She's eating clean and watching her portions. Everything is about moderation. She will have cheat meals occasionally too. Running after Max also is helping her burn some extra calories."
All in all, it's a routine that most mothers follow after giving birth to their children, and Christina's no exception. She and her ex-husband, Jordan Bratman, were actually spotted together earlier this week, when Christina showed off her post-baby body. It was clear from the pictures that she did lose a signficant amount of weight in these two weeks, but some of that could also be due to breast-feeding and shedding the excess baby weight.
E!'s sources also state that Christina isn't planning to get back to work in the near future, focusing instead on her family and her new baby girl. For fans of Christina's, that means that we'll have to wait a long, long time for her to return to the stage or even the recording studio. Although her fiance, Matthew Rutler, is around to help with the baby, he has his career to look after as well. He likely won't really be at home all the time, but Christina has enough money and pull to hire a full staff of housekeepers and nannies, so it's easy to believe that she'll lose all or most of her baby weight much quicker than expected. And if she does, then her aspirations to pose for Playboy magazine can easily be fulfilled.
