Clint Eastwood is asking a California Judge to deny spousal support to his soon to be ex-wife Dina. Dina filed for divorce back in October and has asked for full custody of their 16-year-old daughter, Morgan. Clint has moved to deny her everything.

Clint has refused to pay spousal and child support because of a prenuptial agreement they signed before their marriage in 1996. He is demanding full custody of their daughter and claims, he will not pay to support her current lifestyle. They were married 17 years when she filed for divorce, claiming irreconcilable differences. Dina claims it wasn't him directly, but many of the people he chose to keep around. She's also noted saying that "he did nothing wrong and he's very nice guy".
Clint is 83 years old and is worth an estimated $350 million. This could drag out for some time because of the amount of money involved. Hopefully, for the daughters sake, these two parents can agree on something and make this transition as smooth as possible. The children are said to be doing well and seeing the best side of both parents.

Eastwood is now dating Erica Tomlinson-Fisher the ex-wife of Dina's former boyfriend Scott Fisher, and has been giving lavish gifts and romancing her throughout this past summer. This will be an interesting story to watch unfold in 2014. It's sure to be a rocky "dis-engagement".
