When will see superstars up on the big screen, we can sometimes forget that these stars are just human like the rest of us and can succumb to the same injuries, illnesses and disease that we all can. We have seen a number of stars going through hell over the years and there have been quite a few high-profile cases of cancer over the years which has helped to bring awareness to it.

Cobie Smulders looking as great as ever
Avengers: Age of Ultron actress Cobie Smulders has been in the acting industry for many years now and is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and talented actresses in the business. Cobie had a battle with ovarian cancer a few years back and she has now opened up about it, revealing how it spread and how it has had an impact on certain aspects of her life.
Smulders explained, "I had tumors on both ovaries and the cancer had spread into my lymph nodes and surrounding tissues. I don't think I'll ever feel like I'm cancer-free. Now that I'm five years out, I'm trying to think of it as a positive thing and what can I learn from it. And if I can create more awareness, I'll do it. I always associate 'healthy' with 'healthy eating.' I'm big into 'you are what you eat' and if you're taking care of yourself in that respect, then you're going to feel good. Look good, feel good."

It is good to see that Cobie Smulders is now doing so well and can find it possible to take the positives from her battle with cancer, and we hope that it can help to bring hope to others who are going through their own battles.
