There have been a lot of hugely successful movie franchise over the history of cinema, with some of them being adapted for the big screen from a successful series of novels. One of the biggest, best and most successful movie franchises to ever be made would have to be the Harry Potter movies, which left people heartbroken when things finally came to an end.
There were millions of delighted and excited fans then, when it was revealed that a new Harry Potter project had been developed, with the play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, which has proved very popular indeed. As was expected, the talk soon turned to the possibility of the play being adapted into a Harry Potter and the Cursed Child movie.
Well, those talks have not gone away and it has since been suggested that we will actually end up getting a Harry Potter and the Cursed Child trilogy, with the play being split into three separate films. As well as that, it has been claimed that there have been ongoing talks with the original members of the Harry Potter cast, to reprise there roles for this new trilogy.
So, will we see the likes of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint coming back and re-teaming for the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child trilogy? Well, the recent reports have suggested that, if the movies were to happen, it would have to wait for a few years yet, with suggestions that it would not hit the big screen until 2026, in order to make sure that the actors are the right age.
