There are two movies being made about the character Hercules, with Dwayne Johnson starring in the movie Hercules: The Thracian Wars. Dwayne has teased a lot about the movie, with plenty of pictures from the set of the film, and he has now confirmed that shooting on Hercules: The Thracian Wars has now wrapped.
Hercules: The Thracian Wars, which has an impressive supporting cast which includes Rufus Sewell, centres around the legendary character Hercules, the Greek Demigod, who has completed his twelve labors and now has his life as a sword-for-hire tested when the King of Thrace and his daughter seek his aid in defeating a tyrannical warlord.
As well as starring Dwayne Johnson and Rufus Sewell, Hercules: The Thracian Wars also stars Ian McShane, Joseph Fiennes, Peter Mullan, John Hurt, Rebecca Ferguson, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Aksel Hennie, Reece Ritchie and Tobias Santelmann.
Hercules: The Thracian Wars is directed by Brett Ratner, based on the screenplay which was developed by Evan Spiliotopoulos and Ryan Condal. Hercules: The Thracian Wars will hit the big screen on Juy 25, 2014 in both the US and the UK.
