There are so many stars in the entertainment industry these days, who love to keep themselves in the best possible shape, by taking up yoga. While most of these stars attend yoga classes or have a personal yoga instructor, actress Emma Watson is going one step further. Emma has revealed how she has been training to become a yoga instructor and is almost fully qualified.
Watson was a guest on the Radio One Breakfast Show, when she told host Nick Grimshaw, "I'm a massive yoga fan and I've been trying, for a couple of years now, to finish my yoga certification so that I can teach, which is very exciting. And so as part of that certification I went into a week of meditation teaching, which was amazing and a super great experience."
As well as that, talk then turned to her split from rugby player Matt Janney, which happened way back in December 2014, with Emma Watson deciding to head off on a silent retreat to remember how to just be herself. However, one of her friends got the wrong end of the stick and thought Emma had decided to take a vow of silence.
Watson added, "I got a call from my friend asking whether I was OK because apparently I had taken a vow of silence after my breakup and I wasn't speaking and I was like 'No, I have no idea where that came from' but I'm not mute now or anything."
As far as her acting career is concerned, Emma Watson has a number of new movies coming out, with the most exciting having to be the Disney live-action movie Beauty and the Beast, which sees the actress taking on the role of Belle, with the movie set for a March 17, 2017 release date.
