Henry Cavill's decision to date Marisa Gonzalo has resulted in much scrutiny and criticism. Some of his fans seem to be having much difficulty with the fact that he is no longer dating the sexy and very popular mixed martial arts fighter/actress Gina Carano while there is another group of fans who are unhappy with reports about how he met his new girlfriend and her role in them meeting. 
It has been alleged according to Celebrity Dirty Laundry that his new girlfriend, a hunter in her spare time literally stalked him at their gym until they eventually started talking and that she has has been the person who has been 'leaking' information to the press and social media to let the world know that they are dating.
There are many ways to look at the allegations but to some celebrity observers the 'comments' being directed at Henry Cavill as being foolish and her as seeking fame through him suggest that either some fans really were hoping for a superstar power couple to develop with him and his ex-girlfriend, Gina Carano or that it looks like he and his new girlfriend are truly enjoying spending time with each other.
The actor seems nonplussed about the leaks concerning him having a new girlfriend even though in the past he has seemed to prefer that his private life remains out of the press but maybe he is starting to accept that he is a movie star and his girlfriend might want to let the world know that they are together. The term used to describe an individual who becomes comfortable in their 'own' skin is maturity and it seems that Henry Cavill is showing a large amount of it in not worrying about what people think of his decision to date whomever he chooses.
Fans might want to get used to Henry Cavill appearing in public and pictures with his new girlfriend because the more people complain the more it might just bring them 'closer'.
