Fans of One Direction are loving 2013, as the boys continue to get bigger and better. Not only are One Direction doing their World tour this year but they also release their documentary movie This Is Us, which is directed by Morgan Spurlock. While the film is said to just be the boys being themselves, there are some claims that parts of the movie is scripted.
One Direction's Louis Tomlinson has now spoken out about these claims, insisting that there is no truth in them whatsoever. Total Film quote Tomlinson as saying, "No, nothing at all was scripted. You know if we are asked the questions… we just answer naturally. Because I think that's the most important part, that we show people who we are. And you know, to do that we can't have anything scripted. So it's all a reality."
Meanwhile, Louis Tomlinson's One Direction bandmate Zayn Malik added, "That's the cool thing about working with someone like Morgan. Because he is so hands-on and involved, you do kind of feel like you have full control of everything that is going on."
Harry Styles recently admitted that he initially found being followed and filmed quite scary, while Morgan Spurlock says that he feels that getting the chance to film One Direction at such a huge stage of their as a unique opportunity. The One Direction movie This Is Us opens on August 29 in the UK and August 30 in the US.
