The X Factor winner James Arthur has revealed that he has already written songs for One Direction and struggles to sleep at night because he has song ideas going through his head. James claims that his lack of sleep is the reason that he looks rough so often.

Arthur told The Sun, “Sometimes I go to bed and write a couple of films and a couple of albums in my head. That’s why I look like a zombie half the time.” James also admitted that he was aware that his new-found fame would get him plenty of attention from the girls but is just looking for the right one.”
He added, “There will be a lot of girls only interested in one thing. I’m under no illusions. I’d love to meet a nice girl along the way and settle down. Who isn’t looking for love?”

James Arthur also recently claimed that he did not want to sit back and wait before releasing his debut album, as he wanted to strike while he was still fresh in people’s minds. James seems to think that he will have full creative control over his debut album, which is unlikely given the history of The X Factor.
