It has been reported that singer and former American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez was offered a gig to perform at a huge sporting event in India but things have fallen through. It is claimed that Jennifer made some huge demands to do the gig, which led to her pricing herself out of the gig.

A source explained to the New York Post, "She effectively priced herself out of the event. It was an idiotic move because the audience for this event is huge. It’s like the Super Bowl halftime show: Last year, it drew 56 million viewers."
Meanwhile, a representative for Jennifer Lopez confirmed that an offer had been made but that it was not the right deal, "[There has been] an offer… to perform, [but] the date conflicted with Jennifer’s current music-recording schedule for an album due this summer."
She priced herself out of the event
Jennifer Lopez was asked to perform at a huge Indian cricket tournament, which many claim is basically the Indian equivalent of the Super Bowl, showing to around 60 million people. Among the things that Jennifer was demanding included luxury hotel rooms for her entourage, as well as a private plane.
