Mitchel Musso has recently moved beyond acting into singing and songwriting. Everyone knows that Mitchel is a very talented individual, he currently resides in Los Angeles and works with his equally-musical brothers Marc and Mason.

Mitchel's sophomore album entitled "Brainstorm" was released in 2010 at the height of his popularity on the Disney Channel. However, Mitchel has recently embarked on a movie career. He is starring in a new film called "The Sand" which, as it turns out, is a horror movie.
It will be hard to imagine Jeremy Johnson from "Phineas and Ferb" or Oliver from "Hannah Montana" starring in a horror film, but Mitchel has graduated from his Disney Channel roots. After starring on "PrankStars", Mitchel is taking the highkinks to a new level in "The Sand". There is a long list of characters who are starring in the new flick, and it appears that it will be scary enough to keep us all away from the beach for quite a while.

Mitchel will also be starring alongside Jamie Kennedy and Dean Guyer in the film that tells the story of twenty-somethings who awake after a beach party to a beach the seemingly devours everything that touches it. We can only hope that this role leads to even more movie credits for the beloved Mitchel.
