When you are an actress in the acting industry and you finally find yourself becoming one of the top stars in the business, it is pretty much a given that people are also going to want to know everything that is going on in your personal life. While we also do like to know what some of these stars are doing in their personal life, we are usually much more concerned with what is going on in their career.
Which brings us to the beautiful Australian star Nicky Whelan, who has been a very busy actress in recent years but has also seen her personal life making the headlines too. Earlier this year, it was revealed that Nicky Whelan and her husband Kerry Rhodes had split up and were getting a divorce but, as we mentioned, we much prefer looking at what is going on in her acting career.
Nicky Whelan has a role in the big screen adaptation of Love by Drowning, which is still awaiting an official release date. For those unfamiliar with the project, Love by Drowning has been described as, "A story about two brothers Val and Davis, and their connection to a woman, Lee Anne. The story spans over 17 years of obsession and shocking events."
As well as seeing Nicky Whelan having an important role in the movie, we can also see the likes of Mercedes Mason, Colin Egglesfield, Hill Harper and Barry Bostwick appearing in Love by Drowning. Meanwhile, Justin Kreinbrink directed Love by Drowning which is now in post-production and will hopefully receive an official release date in the very near future.
