There are so many stars in Hollywood today and so many different avenues that they can take their acting career, yet we still get a little bit surprised and very excited when two of our favourite stars join forces and star in a new movie together. Sometimes it does not even really matter to us whether it sounds like the movie will be any good or not, we are just excited about seeing them on the big screen together.
That was definitely the case when we learnt a while back that we were going to see Rainn Wilson and Patricia Arquette starring in the new movie Permanent together and we do not have too much longer to wait for the film. We have been a big fan of Patricia for many years now and especially since the show Medium, while Rainn has always help a place in our hearts and was sensational in The Office.
As you can obviously tell, we are very excited about getting to see Patricia Arquette and Rainn Wilson sharing the big screen together, although it does sound like Permanent could be a bit of an odd film. Permanent is described as, "a comedy about bad hair, adolescence, and socially awkward family members. It involves life-altering permanents and poorly-made toupees. Obstacles to daily survival ensue."
It will definitely be interesting to see how this movie plays out and we are hoping that we will love the film, simply because we love Rainn Wilson and Patricia Arquette so much. Meanwhile, Permanent has been directed by Colette Burson, who also wrote the script for the movie, which is set to hit the big screen on December 15.
