Online the divorce was amicable and even though they still have to work through some issues concerning custody of their young son the divorce has been finalized and she is happy.

The "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" star paired it with ripped black jeans, black booties, a silver necklace with an angel wing pendant and black suede booties as she stepped out of her New York City Soho hotel looking ready to socialize and mingle as she has did throughout that past week.

In addition to her new 'single' status she is also reportedly enjoying having choices concerning her next projects. The online publication 'Inquisitr' she has said 'no' to several projects as she sifts through her many offers and she looks for the next role that best fits what she wants to do next.
