Portuguese model Sara Sampaio has been enjoying a very successful modelling career over the past few years and is slowly but surely becoming one of the top models in the industry, mixing it with the best that the modelling game has to offer. Sara is one of the most beautiful models on the planet right now, with a body that any woman would kill for and now, this stunning model has shared some of her favourite workout routines.
During a video workout, Sampaio explains, "I personally love the part of kicking as it works a lot your butt and when you're a model you want to have a cute butt. I was kind of a tomboy growing up, my brother at the time was doing karate and I went to ballet, I lasted a year and I was like 'This is so boring, I want to kick stuff."
As well as talking about how she got into doing kickboxing exercises, Sara Sampaio also went on to demonstrate some of the exercises that she does on a regular basis. As well as performing the exercises herself, Sara also talks us through what to do and how many repetitions to do in order to get the maximum effect.
Sampaio goes on, "We start with 3 minutes of jumping rope because all kickboxing rounds are 3 mins. Then you go 15 lunges as it works out your entire leg. We're going to do 15 kick back leg extensions. Get in the push up position and kick you legs back and out. You can also variate and do them slightly up. One of my favourite exercises are the hip bridges. We're going to do it 15 times because it works your glutes and your hamstrings."
