Stanley Tucci is currently promoting 'The Company You Keep', and although the bulk of his interviews have been about that film, he was recently interviewed by Hitfix with regards to his scenes in 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire'.
Tucci is asked about whether anything will be different in Catching Fire that may be different or surprise the fans, and he replies, "You know, I don't know, and I can't even really speak of it. Also, you have to know that I go in and I work for one week and I have a very concentrated workload in a very specific place. So I don't see a lot that goes on. I see what Caesar Flickerman sees [laughs]."
Tucci's Caesar Flickerman was one of the highlights of The Hunger Games, for both fans and non-fans alike. He brought a vivid life and imagination to the character, who was as flamboyant and eccentric as he was in the books.
'Catching Fire' is set to release on November 22nd, and in addition to Tucci, stars a host of veteran actors in the supporting roles, including Donald Sutherland, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Jeffrey Wright. The film's budget has reportedly been doubled from the first film, and the expectations are high for the film to deliver.
