When it comes to having longevity and being remembered for a very long time in the acting industry, a good thing to do is get yourself a role in a solid Christmas movie, as the better Christmas films get shown on television every year. This means that, even if you only appear in one movie in your whole career, if it is a good Christmas movie, people are going to see you on their TV screens every year.
Canadian actress Emmanuelle Vaugier is fortunate enough that she has actually enjoyed a long and successful career in the acting industry, appearing in plenty of television shows and movies over the years, with plenty more lined up for the future. With that said, Emmanuelle has also been in a Christmas movie, playing the role of Ally Leeds in the 2010 movie A Nanny for Christmas.
While it has been four years since A Nanny for Christmas was first released, the movie is a solid Christmas film and returned to our television screens again this year. A Nanny for Christmas centres around "a high-powered advertising executive who loses her job right before the holidays and has to get a job as a former rival’s nanny."
As well as starring Emmanuelle Vaugier, A Nanny for Christmas also stars Cynthia Gibb, Dean Cain, Richard Ruccolo, Sierra McCormick, Jared Gilmore, and Sarah Thomas, with the film being directed by Michael Feifer. A Nanny for Christmas has already aired on The CW this month but we are sure it will pop up again over the course of the holidays.
